If you have a GE GTWN4250D0WS washer, here's the mini manual that may help.

Perform the Field Service Mode test procedure as described and perform the functional checks for all the components in the list. Perhaps start with checking if the cold water valve can be activated - cycle selector knob position 6.

If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted in the list and note the part number that is shown for it. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky you'll find videos that show how to remove/replace the part.
