Hi, I accidentally broke off this connector. Can you please help me and suggest how to repair this? I understand that i need to solder this back. I am not sure where to find this FPC connector? What could be the right size of soldering tip for this job. I do have a ATTEN STE 80 soldering station.

Your lucky! The solder pads are intact so you only need to replace the damaged connector.
Do you have a soldering iron? Have you soldered before? If not a good independent Mac repair shop should be able to put it back on.
I'll need to dig though the schematics to locate the part info so you can get it from an electronics parts house, this is a relatively easy part to source.
