Okay, it's pretty simple; Turn it off, then just press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until your LG logo appears then just follow the on-screen instructions to confirm a reset.
Be sure you know your google account and password to set everything up again before you do this. You can watch a video to see the procedure if you don't follow that.
