I tried using it in my car through the usb cable but it didnt work... i dont know if it stops working when i disconnect the earphones... how can i use it in my car?

Hi
that depends on what brand of car audio system you use. Some brands support a connection to the iPod via USB and controll it this way. Other brands support an audio input via cinch. At least you can use an FM-transmitter.
