I recently bought a new charger for my iBook and i connected it to my laptop and tried to turn it on and no luck. I'm curious if its the charger to blame or maybe the ac port is loose and isn't catching on to the charger.

Try a known working AC adapter cause often the eBay iBook AC adapters from China are DOA. I bought two recently and none was working.

Do you get any lights on the charger? What color? Where did you get the charger?

I didn't get the charger from apple cause I didn't want to pay the $80 they were asking for it. The charger is a grey color and the end of it is a more tougher plastic than the original. I got it off ebay and it shipped from Hong Kong so. The middle part of the charger still has the apple logo on it so I thought it would work out just fine.
