MacBook not turning on but fans full speed
Hello, I got a this machine from a friend who said when he last used it he thought he saw smoke. I have disassembled it and cannot see any visible damage on the logic board. Using a multimeter I have measured that 3 out of the 4 ports manage to power the machine with with 12v stable with disconnected battery. the last port doesn't work I think. When battery is connected voltage is lower but rises slowly, the CPU gets very hot and the fans are off, also the component labeled 2R7 gets really hot. Any help would be appreciated!
