Logic board failed due to disconnecting of battery connector
After installing my new hard drive due to the failure of the old one, my MBP could not boot up. I took it to the Apple Genius Bar and the guy said that my logic board has failed.
This was due to removing of the battery connector prior to changing the hard drive, he said. He said that the battery connector is NOT meant to be removed when you install hard drive or RAM.
I followed the guide on this site and did all the steps carefully, now I'm going to have to pay for a new logic board.
Can anyone explain this for me, I am really frustrated right now?
