Where to buy replacement parts

The USB port for that device is very uncommon and it is not likely you will find one that is an exact match. I have been selling USB ports for a while now and so far have not found the 100% correct fitting part, despite much effort. Turns out one of my customers was able to fix his Vizio tablet using a USB port he bought in my store. He said it was close enough to the original and his technician was able to bend the legs a little and get it to fit on the board. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but if you are hopeless and want to try it, here is the link to the part. This method has been successful, so I thought I would share it with you. I would appreciate to hear back from those who decide to try it. Sounds like the options are limited, so I hope this helps.

You will have to change out the entire mainboard, found '''HERE'''. If you look at the image closely, you'll see that the micro HDMI and the USB data/charg port is attached to the board. It is a lot easier to change out rather than having to un-solder and re-solder the parts found '''HERE'''.

I have had some experience dealing with these USB ports and I there was not a single seller offering one that was a correct match. I found some sellers who claimed they were but when I ordered them (usually after waiting 10+ days for it to arrive from China) I discovered they weren't correct. and although the price isn't as cheap the little extra I paid to get the correct part made up for it.
