PS3 YLOD, tried to reflow before I started noticed blow resistor

I was trying to reflow my PS3 due to the YLOD issues all too common anymore. When I got the unit apart noticed that there is a blow resistor by the tell tale black mark on the board in photos. This part has a 2 on it and I am looking to try to replace this part however I have no idea what size I need or the best place to get one.

Has anyone else had this same problem. I'm assuming this resistor (if it truely is a resistor) is used as a fuse.

Any help would be appreciated. The part in question is on the top portion of the motherboard near the HDMI port (closest port on the side in the photo).

Also around the bad part is COK-002 TH2501 marked on the board.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Shawn, your original question was moved to the "Answers" section, and it was answered:) Check on here Noticed blown resistor, what size resistor do I need?

Seems like we are not really connecting here :) Here is the answer, just like the above link"

That is a thermistor :"TH2501 part number:1-805-726-11 description THERMISTOR, POSITIVE You can try and do more of a parts search by that number. I just did a quick one and got this. Hope this helps, good luck.
