Why has my printer stopped suddenly asking me to unplug and replug

Anthony Smith, C000 is usually invoked after a paper jam. Try this: Turn the machine off then unplug it and disconnect the USB cable. Remove all paper from the machine and then blow out the feed roller and paper tray thoroughly with compressed air. Once done plug in back in and insert a single sheet of paper. Turn the machine on and then connect the USB cable. If that still doesn't work, remove the ink cartridges and clean the contacts on the cartridges as well as inside the machine itself. Use warm water on a cotton swab until clean. Insert the cartridges and reevaluate to see if the problem is still there. If it is then it is possible the either a feed roller has failed or the print head itself. Also, check for some more possible resolution on here. Hope this helps, good luck.
