This guide gives step-by-step instructions to replace the XtraVision Fog Light/Headlight Bulb 9005XV-2 in a 2017 Kia Niro. Open the hood of the vehicle and make sure it is secured to prevent injury.

Locate the bulb cover cap which can be found under the hood and directly behind the headlight.

Remove the bulb cover cap by rotating it counter-clockwise until it is fully detached.

Place the cap in a location that is out of the way of your work area and where you can easily find it.

Remove the old bulb by rotating counter-clockwise until it is detached, being careful not to drop the bulb into the hood of the vehicle.

Prepare your replacement XtraVision Fog Light/Headlight Bulb 9005XV-2 for installation by removing it from the packaging and ensuring that the bulb is not broken.

Insert the new bulb by pushing it into the bulb compartment.

Turn the bulb clockwise until it is secure.
