This guide will teach you how to replace the RAM stick. You may have to perform this repair when you upgrade RAM sticks to have more processing capacity. You may find this repair useful if you are overtaxing your RAM.

Turn the laptop over so its underside is up.

Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove all 7 mm screws from the bottom cover.

Pop the cover off around the edges.

Pop off hinges from RAM by pulling them outwards.

Lift the RAM up at a 45 degree angle and pull it out from the computer.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
