How can I fix my laptop, when open it, it flops backwards and cannot turn to tablet mode
I dont know how I solved problem with the touchpad that I had few months after I bought this ZenBook in 2019, but after that it works fine sometimes. But earnestly, I have to say that - I didn't use it so much. I used this lap-top mostly for watching films and tv series (because I can manage bigger subtitles with VLC player), and recently, a few days ago, it stopped working again. I brought it to official service two days ago and they asked me for 100 dollars for replacing the touchpad. I am very, very disappointed with the quality of this Asus product. I do not recommend it to anyone and I am not willing to buy an Asus laptop any more. My friend, when I was looking to buy a new laptop, convinced me to buy a MacBook and I feel huge, huge sorrow for my bad decision to buy an Asus ZenBook. Shame on Asus!!!!!
