Do you need to replace the barrel of your CHI Spin N Curl Rotating Curler? If so, this guide is for you. This guide will walk you threw the replacement process in eight steps. Make sure you have a 2.0 mm Flathead Screwdriver, Metal Spudger and a Phillips screwdriver for this guide.

Remove inner black housing of the CHI Spin N Curl using the metal spudger to pop it out.

Toward the bottom of the device, grab the swivel power cord.

Gently pull the power cord to detach it from the CHI Spin N Curl

After following steps to open the CHI Spin N Curl, locate the heating element.

Remove screws on both sides of the heating element.

Once screws have been removed, then remove the heating element component.

Replace heating element once the original has been removed.

Remove all visible screws located near the barrel of the CHI Spin N Curl utilizing a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Remove all screws located near wires using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Once all surrounding screws have been removed, detach the rotating barrel.

Gently remove the rotating barrel and replace once removed.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
