This guide will teach you how to replace ink cartridges for the Canon Bubblejet i80.

Remove the two screws on the back left of the printer using the Phillips 00 screwdriver.

Push down and slide the tabs on both sides of the back of the printer away from the device to remove the tabs.

Insert the iFixit opening tool in the seam on the rear of the device and pry apart the outer plastic casing.

Push the empty ink cartridge gently to the right to unlock.

Slide the cartridge upward and away from the device to remove the cartridge.

Install replacement cartridges by placing the cartridge in the port on the right hand side first, then push down to lock into place.

Why go through all this hassle? Just turn on the printer and open the black smoke color door, the cartridge should return to center position where you have to just press the tab on the left side of each ink cartridge, tip the cartridge up and snap the new one in. takes less than 1 minute.
The printer is a great little work horse and really gets the job done!
