Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver, fully unscrew all seven 5 mm screws circled in red.

Using the same screwdriver, unscrew the two 5 mm screws circled in orange until the back of the laptop begins to pop off.

Starting near the hinges of the laptop, use a jimmy to work around the laptop, carefully prying the back off.

Lift up the black covers outlined in red to reveal the RAM module(s).

Gently push the two metal arms outwards to release the RAM module.
