Using a Torx screwdriver, remove the four screws that hold both sides of the ball together.

When replacing the bearings, is there only one small bearing set to replace or are there two sets, one on each side? If there are two, should they both be replaced?
I believe there is only one you need to replace. This was a common issue with the DC24.
