Turn off the electrical circuit breaker and the light switch.

Carefully pull the clip and remove the mount.

Unscrew the light bulb’s electrical foot contact from the socket.

Carefully screw the new light bulb into the socket.

Turn the light switch and the circuit breaker back on to check if the light bulb(s) are working before putting the mount cover back on.
