i did it three times with three different display but the screen is not appears. only flashes :( ???!!

I need some help! Huawei p9 after replacing display appears grey screen. I controled all and I don't know what can i should do. :'(

How Much is important the termic paste? Have i to move from the old frame to the new one? Or the p9 could be Run without it?
