Remove each ear cushion by hooking your fingers along the inside of the ear cushion and pulling up and away from the ear cup.

If the cushion does not fully release, move your hand to the opposite side and pull up inn the same manner.

To install the new cushions, position them in the ear cup and push down firmly so that they click into place.

No matter how hard I push, nothing moves. I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but it seems like the cushions are hard connected to the rest of the headset.
