It doesn’t happen often, but when a wheel on your Patagonia Wheeled Luggage blows out, it can leave you stopped in your tracks. Fortunately, installing a replacement wheel is quick and only requires a single hex screwdriver.

Using one hand to lift and support the bag, take the wheel in your other hand. Pull the wheel out of its casing. Removing the wheel may take a little force, do not be afraid to give it a tug.

What do you do when the nut inside the wheel housing comes loose? I can hear it rolling around in the housing. The bolt has nothing to screw back into. Is there any way to take the housing off? It looks to be held on by rivets. I'm guessing that's not a good sign.
