I replaced the microsd with a faster one with a hope to get a faster transfer speed and found out that the device wont boot properly after replacing the card with the same capacity, same file system(FAT32) card.

I got it working properly by copying a whole disk image from the original card and burning it to the new card.

Maybe there is a invisible file inside the card that tells the device whether the card is genuine or not.

Which app did you used to copy the sd card image? Can you also upgrade from 16GB to like 200GB? Seems there are 2 different firmware files on Sandisk site.
