My battery is stuck too. I read on another forum to use a screwdriver and hammer.

I’m a girl, so don’t take my advice, but wondering if you could you spray it with WD-40 to loosen it up?

Have you been able to get it out? On mine the button was hard to get all the way down. I used both thumbs and was eventually able to get it down far enough to get it off. I bumped it on my leg to help loosen it. If you use a hammer I would suggest using a rubber mallet so you don’t damage the battery or the drill.

Once it’s off clean up the slides real good, spray some WD40 on them, then wipe off with a rag. That should help prevent it from getting stuck again. I would spray a little WD40 on the button and work it back and forth as well.

Hope this helps
