I got the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H300. I didn't see any battery charge pack in it, only the batteries.
Please I want to know if I'm required to charge the batteries or only replace them when they discharge
This uses AA batteries. I’m sure you could use rechargeable batteries as well but I just replace them
My battery door won't open. It was working until now. Any suggestions?
For any one with this issue it might mean you batteries might have leaked and you can check if there is any white colored residue at the unlock button if , as with my camera i saw some residue, after using something that will not leave marks to push it to unlock position and try to force it a bit to the side the cover, just enough to push something in the edge of cover and housing on the underside near edge of battery cover hinge , to push out the cover a bit more to the side so it slides out to open it and then lift up , just have to clean out the residue of leaked battery of everything in special metal battery contacts on the battery cover , i am trying to find out if there are any replacement parts to replace the metal battery contacts, as i haven`t seen anything yet here
The camera door will no longer spring ooen. Any suggestions?
