This guide will walk you through the necessary steps for replacing the battery pack in your Toshiba Satelite E45W-C4200X.

Remove the ten 1 mm screws that secure the back cover using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Use plastic opening tool to separate the back cover from the laptop.

Lift and remove the casing.

Remove the four 0.5 mm screws that hold the battery in using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.
