This guide will walk you through the necessary steps for replacing the power jack on your Toshiba Satelite E45W-C4200X.

Remove the ten 1 mm screws that secure the back cover using a Phillip's #1 screwdriver.

Using a Phillips # 1 screwdriver, remove the three screws holding the bracket over the ports on the right side.

Remove the bracket.

Unplug the power cable harness from the motherboard.

Lift the power jack out of its slot in the top right corner.

Remove the cable.
