If you Xiaomi battery pack rattles then one of the battery strips may break off from the board. This is a simple fix to re attach.

Remove it with a knife. Be really careful not to cut yourself

The top is attached with double sided tape.

Remove 4 screws, and push the battery and circuit board out.

You need to resolder the battery to the PCB.

To keep the battery tight I used a piece of double sided foam tape on on of the edge cells

Umm there’s missing steps - the bottom cover also needs removed? How do you push the battery out? Both sides are screwed in please help or finish t his guide thanks
Hi emanoyhl, this guide is a teardown and it looks like it is still in progress, so it's not totally complete yet. I did a search and found a guide for a similar device but for the LED however it does show a little more of the internals. Check out the Jerking LED fix in 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2S, it's not exactly the same device but it seems to have similar construction and you might be able to reach the battery the same way? I hope this helps!
