How to remove the SIM card from the 1st Generation iPhone.

Insert a SIM card eject tool or paper clip into the hole next to the headphone jack.
Press down on the paper clip until the SIM card tray pops out.

Try with a little strap cut out from a radiology exam sheet. Put it inside the sim tray and try to open again. It works.

Does anyone know where I can get a SIM tray and card for the 1st get iPhone model A1203?
