Unfasten the Taptic Engine screws

  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove two screws securing the Taptic Engine:

  • One 1.8 mm-long screw

  • One 2.3 mm-long screw

  • Use a standoff screwdriver to remove the 2.9 mm-long standoff screw securing the Taptic Engine.

  • Standoff screws are best removed using a dedicated standoff driver or driver bit. In a pinch, a small flathead screwdriver will do the job—but use extra caution to ensure it doesn't slip and damage surrounding components.

Aflojar los tornillos del Taptic Engine

Usa un destornillador Phillips para quitar los dos tornillos que sujetan el Taptic Engine:

Un tornillo de 1,8 mm de largo

Un tornillo de 2,3 mm de largo

Utiliza un destornillador separador para quitar el tornillo separador de 2,9 mm de largo que sujeta el Taptic Engine.

Los tornillos de separación se quitan mejor con un destornillador de separación dedicado o una punta de destornillador. En un apuro, un pequeño destornillador de cabeza plana hará el trabajo, pero ten mucho cuidado para asegurarte de que no se deslice y dañe los componentes circundantes.
