Smooth until putting the white double sided tape on the new battery. I pulled the blue backing, but the I wanted to check something and put the blue backing back over the tape. When I went to remove the blue backing it was stuck on...I guess one side is not the same as the other. So just be careful. I ruined the tape and had to order that part again.
