iPhone 4S Vibrator replacement

Since the first day of purchase, my iPhone 4S made some weird noise... After quick search on the web got to the sad conclusion of that I'm part of the few who has this problem. Unable to replace it in an Apple Store, further browsing brought me to iFixit website. Reasonable price, detailed tutorial... well I though let's give a try.

Replacement parts and some specific tools arrived in a couple of days and I was preparing for the "surgery" :-) Seriously, it was not easy but the guide was just perfect, precise giving all necessary details to execute. Took me about 20 mins the whole process. (not without stress :-) After reboot everything was fine. Just as new.
