This was no exception. ifixit has the tools to help repair almost all the equipment that I work with and their service is beyond excellent. The tools were shipped, I was notified of the shipment, and the package arrived before I expected it. All in all, a smooth and easy purchase of the tools that I needed and totally satisfactory customer relations efforts.
