Моё решение

The glass removal was harder than expected. I t took about 10 times pulling the suction cup to get the glass to lift out of the case. Once it started it's very easy to remove. I didn't want to totally remove the screen so I taped the top of the screen and case together and it functioned like a hinge. The screwdriver wasn't magnetized enough so I used a frig magnet to charge it. The battery wouldn't budge so I pryed starting from the case side and by the time it came out it wasn't flat anymore. The install went just fine. Thanks
