When something out of the ordinary happens to your device, you could just restart it and maybe that'll solve the problem... but don't you want to know why it happened in the first place?

It's pretty common to be asked "why" when working at a repair shop, and for good reason. Usually things don't go wrong on their own(usually), so if something does go wrong, you might have actually caused it without even knowing, and that's why it's so important to understand why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again!
