Several factors can cause the harness to crack or break. If this is the case, you must replace the harness entirely. Doing so will consist of ordering a replacement battery harness.

Locate the battery pack on the back of the device all the way at the bottom.

Once you located the battery pack, carefully push on the pack and down at the same time to open the back plate.

Locate the plug for the battery harness in order to pull it out carefully from where it is plugged.
