Very glad to know replacement tips are sold! I had no idea these were nylon until I melted the ends. Whoops!
If you have the order number of the original or a photo of the kit it came with, theyll replace it for free if you use their email support.
So I have to purchase the Nylon Tipped Tweezers to get a set of Nylon Tips to replace my Reverse Tweezers Nylon Tips? Can't jus buy the tips?

You can definitely get the tips only. And they are covered by the lifetime warranty. Just contact their email support. they sent me 2 replacement packs for free.
