I used a pair of fingernale clippers to gently pry open the case at the MicroSD card slot. A slight twisting action will pop it off. Just be sure not to go to far in and damage the unit.

Be careful when opening the unit. The speaker is attached to the back cover and the wires are fragile. The speaker is held in by some double sided sticky tape. Just use your fingernale and pull up on the edge. DO NOT PULL ON THE WIRES...

Once you have the back cover off you can see that the battery is help in by double sided sticky tape. Gently pull up on the battery and move it to the side.

There are four screws one in each corner. Remove them and gently pull out the LCD Screen keep in mind for the buttons.
