This would be difficult and require micro soldering. Unfortunately, boards with more than a bottom and top layer would prove extremely difficult to repair(if not impossible). If you can source a motherboard, you could swap the boards and use a backup of your data. Unfortunately cracks in the motherboard are very difficult to fix.
