Has the screen been changed? If not you’re WiFi antenna is likely shot, however it’s a serviceable part that doesn’t require soldering

There’s a rubber seal round the button inside the screen assembly, you should be ok if it’s still working. If you’re overly worried stick in a sealed Tupperware box covered in rice for 24-48hrs

By touch so you mean the digitiser or Touch ID? digitiser - you’ve likely damaged the port on the logic board if it’s working on other phones touch ID - are you using the original button or the one that the replacement screen came with?

How many cycles has the battery had? Sounds like it’s toast

Most likely the screen quality / resolution isn’t the same as the original

Remove the battery ASAP and don’t charge it, if it blows out it’ll potentially crack your motherboard or swell to the point you can’t remove it without a full strip down, if it’s cycling I’d take an educated guess that your battery needs to be changed
