First of all, try turning the settings of the game you are trying to play to the bare minimum, though it’d be nice to know the games you’ll be playing and resolution. You may be able to get some playable rates but a GT 610 and FX-4100 won’t get you far in 2019. I’d suggest you should what @deimosgtr said: find a gaming pc. Find a PC with at least a GTX 1050 or RX560 for 60 fps+ at medium settings in most games.

Most likely you just need to run and Anti-virus software or optimization program. I’d recommend you’d run a Malwarebytes scan on your computer. If your computer doesn’t have any viruses, you can try and run CCleaner to get rid of all the junk files in your PC. If you are good on both parts, then you should try and clean your PC. Accumulated dust may decrease performance of your hardware causing it to throttle. If all else fails, its most likely that your hard drive on your computer is slow and is showing age. You might want to upgrade to an SSD for better results.

I don’t think you can toggle bluetooth on or off with the new update. It looks like they you can’t really tell if bluetooth is on or off. Mostly likely your bluetooth is stuck on. If you want to connect devices just click on the “notification center” on the bottom right and click “connect.”

Most likely this is a battery/battery connector problem. You may have to replace the battery. iPhone 6 Battery Replacement
