Yes---I have 3 sons and 3 slims---1 of them has the RDOD---single red dot in middle of power (Chrome) button----took to repair shop---it has to do with cracking of solder around CPU/GPU---error code was found to be 0122---it is fixed now and my son is happy again---by the way--all 3 units bought at same time----back in 2010--you can Google on how to get error codes off your 360...even if you have no signal to TV or monitor...
