As the topic says i want to know where the chip is on the logic board.... And where Can i buy it....

Thank you very much for your great answer... I tried everything and was about to spend much money for a professional repair. So i only changed the battery and put together the iphone again. So i tried a last time to switch it on and tried to charge the battery. And see there the phone was on and it charged again, like there was magic. I think the new battery needed some time with the logic board?! So thanks for your answers and best wishes
