Take out your hard drive and connect it to your new computer with a USB adapter, which you can get quite cheaply on eBay. This is a pretty old computer so it may have a 40 pin interface, in which case you want a USB to 2.5in PATA adapter, otherwise it'll be a USB - SATA adapter you need.

Plugging it into your new computer it'll look just like a USB thumb drive and you can just copy off all your pics and anything else.
