I have IFrogz headphones

Brought them in Hawaii months ago , worked great , but all of a sudden they won't charge , and the charger hole keeps getting pushed into the headphones  , so to charge I used to pull the ear muffs off to get better access , don't know if there just cheap or I'm doing something wrong ??
