Actually you can do some body work on it, disassemble all including mother board, then place on flat ground and knock out dent till you think it is straight, i have repaired ipad then have been run over by a car and i manage to restore it, you might not be able to perfect it to 100% but i did like 90%

The back cover you cant repear,only can change it.
