After i shut my system down, few seconds later, its refuses to come on till now. its being 3 weeks. After turning the system on, the light blinks 9 times and stops and blinks again for 9 times again just like that. i think the blinking suggests beeping on other systems given that it does have a bios speaker. Basically, in my opinion, i think its a VGA or a board problem. Pls help on how to fix it

yes i am sure. it blinks only 9 times and it shows a blank screen. nothing comes up on the screen at all

sounds like a gpu problem but not sure. Id take it apart and see if you find anything obvious. Check all capasitors make sure there not discolored or buldging ontop. If you cant find that code anywhere on there website if nothing comes up on screen like it never turns on its probably your gpu. And you can reflow it if needed which is easy i do it to my laptop every couple weeks when my gpu craps the bed. It takes maybe an hour from start to finish. If you need to know how to do that let me know.

hmmmm. maybe. how do i go about thre solution you recommended? the gpu replacable in that compaq mini. really need my compaq mini
the gpu in mine doesnt even have heat sink, are you sure thats the problem?
