Digitizer doesn't come off

I can´t get the Digitizer of my Asus TF300 off the LCD.

I have done all the steps to exchange the Digitizer.

How can i get it Off without damaging the LCD. The Digitizer has broken and is not in one pace anywhere.

I followed the steps from the guide on this Page but the Digitizer won´t get off from the LCD

try using a blowdryer (or heat gun) to melt the stuff holding the two screens together
