How long to preheat/pre-warm MB?
The guide to fix the YLOD did not give the amount of time you should preheat/ pre-warm the MB before you reflow.
How long on low do you preheat/pre-warm the MB?

ericambrose32, that depends on what you use as a heat source. It is the temperature that matters. I preheat my board to 100deg C and peak at 260deg C to reflow. I suggest a couple of good thermometers, that way you do not have to guess. Check to see if you can find a reflow profile, it should show you the proper time/temperature sequence for a reflow.
