How do I get at my memory card?
My phone turns on and says "memory card not working or broken" and suggest i fix it by replaceing the memory card.. help?

Hi britt, thanks for your question! The HTC Surround uses an internal MicroSD card. While it wasn't designed to be user-accessible, it does seem to be replaceable. We don't have repair guides for this phone, but you should be able to follow the first nine steps in our Teardown to get to the MicroSD card, and try replacing it with a new card.
