how can I replace the power outlet, it seems loose and not making contact when I insert the power cord to charge my phone

I got the same problem. Try it with a different microUSB-Cable. If that does not work you have to replace the microUSB-port. There is a guide for that here too.

Just buy a new part on ebay it costs about $10.
